MEERO operates this website and waitlist. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy covers the website and prelaunch waitlist. Any future product that collects facial images or measurements, and any clinical service, will require additional privacy information before you use it.

Information we collect

• Signup information: your email address and any name or optional answers you provide in the signup form.
• Waitlist records: your signup time, referral information, queue position, and verification or communication preferences handled by our waitlist provider. Records collected through an earlier MEERO form may also include that form’s notice version and your care-invitation preference.
• Messages: information you choose to send when you contact us.
• Technical information: IP addresses, browser and device information, referring URLs, request timing, and usage or security records processed by our hosting and waitlist providers.

The waitlist form does not request facial images, facial measurements, medical records, payment details, or camera access. Please do not send medical records or facial photographs to our general contact inbox.

How we use information

We use information to manage the waitlist, send updates about MEERO, early access, and care availability, attribute referrals, respond to questions, and prevent abuse. We honor communication preferences you have previously provided. The waitlist does not analyze your face, diagnose a condition, or make clinical decisions about you.

How information is shared

MEERO team members who manage the waitlist and respond to requests can access relevant information. Service providers process information as needed for hosting, storage, security, and communications. Cloudflare hosts this website and provides delivery and security services. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for information it processes for its own purposes.

Our signup form is provided by LaunchList. Information you submit goes to LaunchList to manage our waitlist, referrals, and signup-related messages. Its widget also receives browser request information when it loads. See LaunchList’s Privacy Policy for its handling of personal information.

We use Google Fonts to display the website’s typeface. Loading these font files sends Google your IP address and browser request details. See Google Fonts’ privacy information.

We do not sell waitlist information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Joining does not automatically send your email address or care preference to a dermatologist or plastic surgeon. If you choose to access a clinical service, you will receive information about the provider and the relevant privacy terms before submitting information to that service.

We may disclose information when necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to a valid legal request, or protect the website and people from abuse. If the business is reorganized or transferred, any transfer of waitlist information will remain subject to applicable privacy obligations and required notices.

Referral links

LaunchList provides personal invite links and tracks signups attributed to them. Its confirmation page can show your queue position and referral progress. Only share your invite link with people who would welcome it.

Cookies, tracking, and social links

MEERO does not add advertising pixels to this landing page. The embedded LaunchList form and hosting services may use cookies, browser storage, and usage information for their services, referral tracking, analytics, and security. LaunchList describes its own practices in the policy linked above. Blocking these services may prevent the signup form or referral tracking from working.

MEERO does not sell waitlist information or share it for targeted advertising, regardless of a Global Privacy Control setting. Third-party services describe their own tracking practices in their privacy notices.

Instagram and other external links take you to separate services with their own privacy practices. They are links, not embedded social tracking widgets.

How long we keep information

We retain signup information while it is needed to operate the prelaunch waitlist and communicate about the interests you have expressed. Retention depends on whether the waitlist remains active, whether you request removal, and whether limited records are needed for security, legal obligations, or honoring an opt-out.

When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we will delete or anonymize it. We may keep a limited record of an opt-out to avoid contacting you again. Backup copies and provider security logs may remain for their normal retention periods.

Your choices and requests

You can browse without joining. To stop updates, use an unsubscribe link where provided or contact us. You can also contact us to change a communication preference, request access to or correction of your record, or request removal from the waitlist.

We may ask you to confirm control of the email address before disclosing or changing personal information. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional privacy rights, including the right to complain to a relevant privacy authority. We will handle requests as required by applicable law.

Security and service locations

New signups through the embedded form are stored in LaunchList separately from this website’s source files. Records retained from an earlier MEERO form are also kept outside public website files. Access to our waitlist dashboard is limited to authorized team members. No system can guarantee absolute security.

MEERO and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those safeguards must be in place for the relevant processing.

Children

This prelaunch waitlist is intended for adults. Please do not submit children’s personal information. Contact us if you believe a child’s information has been submitted so we can address it.

Changes and contact

We will update the date on this page when the policy changes. For material changes affecting existing waitlist members, we will provide additional notice, such as an email or a prominent website notice, and obtain consent when required.
